The benefits are fantastic - 9/80 work schedule, 401K, parental leave, ESPP. The technology is truly special, and there are some real technical wizards at the company. The people are also a big asset - they care about the technology and there's a family vibe.

Cons

The company is struggling to reinvent itself in the new technology age, and management is still trying to extract more dollars from the same business model. It also doesn't do enough to turn over underperforming staff.
