      Pros

      Interesting place to work - good variety Clever people Still fairly small

      Cons

      Not so much of a family atmosphere since it floated, but understandable It struggles with being a large enterprise, so new staff and new VPs act like we're a 20,000 person organization instead of 1,800.

      - Executive Leadership along all Functions/Department - Terrible infrastructure - NO communication - Getting promoted is who you know, not how competent you are

      - Easy going people - 9/80 schedule - every other Friday is a day off - Reasonable compensation

      Cons

      - Too consensus oriented, no one challenges status quo - Lack of processes - Management is incompetent and inconsistent - goes 180 degrees on processes, strategies, deadlines - Recent SAP implementation was mismanages and let to a complete mess
