      Pros

      Shift diff. + .50 raise every 6 months for the first year. After the first year with 1080 hours worked another .50 raise. And so on. Plus Yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Never knowing when your shift will end, but you won't work more than 12 hours.

      Generous bonuses, 401k matching, management is generally understanding of things. Easy day to day layout. Hands on job and good for people who like to move.

      Cons

      Six day work week. 45 hours per week minimum. Low weekly budget for employees. No additional compensation for extra hours worked/covering other store or on holidays.
