Pros
They are finally bringing up salaries from minimum wage, and some managers will work with your schedules. If you enjoy being busy, this is the place.
Cons
Full time is supposed to be 32 hours or more a week. Usually got around 30 instead. They have reduced the total weekly store hours so much that there is sometimes only 3 people total per day, 1 in the morning and 2 to close. This also means you are over tasked, given more to do in less time that the company guidelines call for. Trying to get the tasks done when you are the only one in the store is very hard, you may have assignments that take you to the back of the store, at the same time your the cashier. The stores are too big for 1 person to monitor safely. The company will not spend money on the physical stores at all unless they have been sited. They are dirty because no time is allotted for cleaning. The company only sends people to clean the floors once a year, so the older stores with tile look horrible.
