A bunch of work. You get fired if injured on the job to prevent company from paying workmans comp.

Corporate has unrealistic expectations. One person working by themselves for 5-10 hours are expected to stock freight, check in vendors, work a cash register, recover store and handle computer work. They’re flabbergasted that one person can’t do it all. They also aren’t willing to pay a decent wage. My 18 year old makes more at a fast food store than I do as an assistant manager. They can’t keep help as they only pay minimum wages. Many times we only have a manager , assistant manager and one cashier to work the store from 8 am to 10 pm, seven days a week.
