If you have a fantastic manager who is compassionate, understanding and respectful.
Cons
DM is unprofessional and a bully. He only comes in when he needs an eago boost by belittling and disrespecting people. He is useless, blames all issues on everyone else, never helps out or provides useful guidance. Policies change from store to store and district to district. No one knows what they are doing and rules condradict eachother. The expectations of people at the top are completely unrealistic if they want us to provide customer service as well.
