low pay, very low hours, dont work with you on days or times, The corporate employees are very rude and nothing is ever done good enough for them. they come and do evaluations of the store they check your locker (if you have one) and check through your personal belongings and the garbage cans to see if the employees have been stealing. they dont even trust the store manager to take the garbage out by them selves ( which is hard to do because there is only two people working at a time). Overall do not like this comany and cant wait to find another job.

There is no work/life balance. they expect so much from the managers that you practically have to live at your store. They preach don't work off the clock, but then they give you a laundry list of things to accomplish. If they aren't done, they basically say... well You just suck.
