NO music. How do customers spend money carelessly, when they have no music to distract them and the employees stay sane when they have no music to listen to? You could hear a pen drop sometimes. Hours were lame. Noticing how people will carelessly toss the gift bags back, after they just watched you organize every single one. Expected to know things you were never told by manager, and were supposed to be told by manager. You may not get a lot of hours, so if your in high school you may be able to balance this job and school.--it depends on the store though. At my location, hours were cut so I was given 0-4 per week. Some people were given 0 hours for 2-3 wks sometimes.

Store manager was very unfair in how he treated his employes. Especially the other Assistant Manager, whom had no management sense at all and stayed on break all the time. He kissed his butt and gave him anything he wanted.
