      Pros

      Everyone has the same chance to move up. I was hired as seasonal only. Kept on after Xmas, promoted to assistant manager and the to Store Manager. The whole process only took 18 months. Keeping in mind, I had no retail experience. Work hard and you can succeed just like I did.

      Cons

      They don't pay enough money to the good people to keep them on. That is why we lose good people. The people at store level pay the higher peoples huge salaries. Give us what we are worth.

      Pros

      The pay is fair.The benifits are good. The hours are easily worked with to suit empolyees needs. New items arrive all the time and it is first come first serve.

      Cons

      Corporate has no clue what the stores need because the do not particpate in any lower level jobs needs. They expect more from each employee than any other job I have held. It is always cut hours.
