Cons

Headquarters (located in Richmond, VA) seem to operate more efficiently than in the West, perhaps due to lack of change management. The Utah branch contains managers from the previous company (Questar) who are not aligned with Dominion Energy corporate values. In Utah there are low levels of diversity and poor/ignorant attitudes toward diversity.
