Pay, don’t need a relevant degree or experience, job security, benefits, out of office work, overtime

Cons

Stressful, will most likely transfer you to an office where they don’t have things under control, workload is not based on what you can manage, customers have unreasonable expectations and are made promises by phone center that can’t be kept, lack of training when it is needed
