Most maintenence craftspeople and supervisors are very intolerant, racist, Homophobic, and treat diversity with disdain. Unprofessional workplace topics are constantly brought up every day.

There are many opportunities to work in different aspects of energy. The commitment to safety is first rate. it is a growing organization operating in many states. Seems to be committed to diversity. Willing to be flexible with schedule.

Cons

Management is only as good as the immediate section. Some areas micro-manage to the point of treating people like children. Compliance with internal processes can feel like "I got you". Offers flexible working hours but some managers apply pressure to work on "off" days anyway.
