      Pros

      The people are incredibly kind and supportive. Management fosters an environment of continuous development and learning. The benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly below average, but the benefits, bonuses, and environment make up for it. I have worked for other companies that pay more but the environment was much more stressful and negative. And Dominion absolutely acknowledges and rewards excellent performance.

      1. Job security is as good as it gets in today's world; our product is of ever growing importance. 2. Everyone's financial interests are aligned; creates teamwork. 3. No complacency - regarding staying ahead of the competition, safety, financial performance, environmental protection, etc

      If you work at a plant, the commute can be onerous (some amount of working from home would be nice)
