      Diversity is a great goal and should be strived for however there are instances of incompetence being rewarded solely due to the individual having a diverse background.

      - Projects were substantial and educational - Pay was good for utilities and starting internship - Team and manager respected me and made me feel like part of the family - Dominion also has relocation benefits if you need to move to a new location - Travel reimbursement for events and tours

      Cons

      - Difficult to adjust to new area (especially if working at a power station or somewhere rural)
