      Pros

      Co-workers are extremely friendly and helpful. A great place to work all in all. The company encourages moving around within in order to find a position that fits you.

      Cons

      Certain people have a negative mentality, but it seems like it can be based on managements approach to fixing issues that arise.

      High pay scale, flex working hours, stable work, company actually cares about employees, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Some days involve big drives in a dominion vehicle. Some people don't pull their weight. Sometimes communication on projects isn't good

      Stable employment, decent benefits, tuition reimbursement, decent pay, active volunteer program & opportunities

      Cons

      At least in my area, all employees were given the same % "merit increase". It didn't necessarily pay to be an outstanding employee. Some employees were able to abuse the sick policy with little consequence.
