Project Management & Engineering Experience!

As a first job out of college, this is an awesome position because you get project management experience on top of engineering experience! Extremely stable career and industry, very reliable. Extremely flexible work, availability to work remote or hybrid with flexible hours.

Cons

Pay does not match the level of project management experience required. Very very very old-fashioned in their ways. No upward mobility. Many employees that are severely complacent in their work. Employee experience is extremely dependent on who your manager is (i.e. will they advocate for you and believe in you).
