Company has stability, good benefits and decent pay. I've work here for a short time and there have been no layoffs.

Cons

I think it may be a little hard to advance. This is one of those employers where it really helps to know someone.

Good benefits, job security, bonus if we meet goals (although this year we got a much smaller amount as we didn't reach our expected earnings), good coworkers (at least in my department and those I deal with on a regular basis). I feel like I also have a lot of opportunities for forward movement as there is a very high percentage of older workers retiring in the next several years.

Cons

There are some people who seem to not do much work or at least by appearance it doesn't seem like they contribute all that much and in some cases are more a hindrance. There have been quite a few restructures of reporting locations/upper mgt. that have led to a lot of uncertainty in the past couple years.
