Pros
Honestly this place feels like a second home when you are an employee here. Everyone gets a long with each other. The work load is very well balanced. There are plenty of benefits and the management is very easy to talk to. As long as you are willing to work and not be absent-minded then this company should be an option for you.
Cons
It would benefit the company if more positions were made available to diversify the workload.
