      Pros

      Good pay, good work/life balance The Richmond area is very nice. The community likes Dominion and respects its employees. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Mobility can be difficult if your management doesn't want you to move around. You are expected to be on call at all times during plant shutdowns.

      Safe work inviroment, Clean work areas, I.T. equipment above average. Working conditions in general above average.

      Cons

      Motivation levels in general in maintenance are average to good. A sense of ownership in general is not there. The working schedule is far to loaded, the work scheduling process is not resource loaded. The work hours are hampered by work hours regulations
