Great people, great campus location on the river, competitive salaries.....diverse organization with many volunteer opportunities within the Richmond area

Cons

Not many cons here at Dominion. Cafeteria could use some work. Maybe some better communication from upper management on direction the company is headed

Decent pay and benefits, flex time with every other Friday off

Cons

Supervisor has given me very little feedback even after I spoke to him about it and will throw you under the bus to save himself in a heartbeat. Basically, he's what I call a "lazy leader"..and I use the term leader loosely. Even though I'm a good performer I can apparently still be blocked from getting out of my current department for no good reason.... Also, there are so many employees, so much competition for jobs that do open. No procedure implemented to what we do, basically run around like chickens with our heads cut off. Structure is very little...
