      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Never asked to work more than 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule, I worked 4 10s, with Fridays off. You can choose your own schedule, as long as you work 40 hours. Hybrid work environment, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

      Cons

      No cost of living increases and very limited bonuses or salary increases. Not a lot of room to grow or make more money in my role.
