      Close to home, Pay is nice when you work overtime

      Cons

      They force you to work alot of overtime, they treat women poorly, it doesn't matter how hard you work or how good of a job you do - if you're a female, you are not going to be recognized or promoted. Hard to get promoted - they'd rather bring new people in making more money than current employees,

      Discrimination is rampant and HR is covering it up. Complain and get investigated to shut you up. Very corrupt management.
