      There are a lot of experienced and dedicated employees/Supervisors that can pass along a lot of knowledge onto the new hires.

      Cons

      The employees used to have a sense of security. Now that Dominion has bought out Questar, most employees are feeling stressed and unsure what the future will bring. Too many bosses and not enough workers.
