Just a number in a large company, very under supported at the site level. Be prepared to work way outside your job responsibilities with little to no recognition.

As we’ve grown it’s become more challenging for leaders to visit as many properties and offices as they would like. Great work environment, room to move up, traveling opportunities. I would work for dominion again if they expanded to New York or had remote opportunities.

Cons

No remote opportunities, not in the state of New York. I only resigned because I moved to another state.
