We strive to provide competitive pay and benefits by consistently comparing our plans against those of similar companies in comparable industries and adjusting as necessary.       A good stepping stone

      Pros

      Pay is about the same as similar companies. A great place to build experience. The bar for entry is so low, even minimal maintenance supervisory experience will get you a job.

      Cons

      Difficult to satisfy residents at low income properties, low budgets. Almost zero regional support: capex projects and problem solving assistance become the service managers job… while trying to turn units, complete work orders, etc while often alone at the property or with one mediocre tech. Burnout is inevitable. Turnover is high.
