Competitive pay and bonus structure. Culture was good.

Cons

Employer 401k match, HSA match & Health Insurance contributions were very low compared to other companies I have worked for.

Gained amazing experience in simple home repair and maintenance work as well as customer service resolutions and community outreach by working closely with the staff and my 2 mentors .

Cons

I only wish that there was more room for growth in the company that took place within my state.
