Cons

Getting acclimated to all the acronyms and technology takes a good 6 months but by far the best systems I've worked within my career

Dominium is a large company and has successfully figured out how to offer Hybrid, office and remote work. The support and systems are well executed, and on-boarding was easy.

Cons

I don't have any cons at this time. Each person has an opportunity to add value and be part of solutions.
