Dominium is growing and successful employees have the opportunities to grow alongside the company. Promoting from within is commonplace and there are opportunities for promotion annually. Hard (& smart) work is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Standards for quality and volume are high, but obtainable. Self-driven employees looking to make their mark and contribute to overall success will see promotions quickly as the company grows.

It’s true that Dominium is a fast-paced work environment, and we strive to balance that with professional development and promotional opportunities. In addition in 2023, we have rolled out a much more relaxed dress code policy now allowing variations of different colored jeans in the work place. you get to keep your job and collect a pay check if youre lazy no training, figure it out yourself ive had better benefits at gas stations

Cons

if youre a hard worker the will make sure you dont get paid well tell you they care when they really dont, they just want as much out of you as possible before you leave and they stick some other unsuspecting chump were you sat management will really screw up and pin the blame on you
