Pros

BenefitsThe only real positive I experienced while working at Dominium was the benefits package, which was competitive and helpful.

Cons

My experience with Dominium was not as positive as I had hoped. While the company does have structure and resources, I found that certain aspects of the workplace environment and management style were not the right fit for me. I believe there’s potential for the organization to grow, but from my perspective, I did not feel fully supported or valued in my role. I would encourage Dominium to place more focus on employee development and communication, as these areas could really improve the overall experience for staff.

As we’ve grown, it’s become more challenging for leaders to visit all properties and offices as often as they would like. That’s one reason we added monthly Company Update video calls, where employees can directly ask questions, and why we maintain an Open-Door policy, ethics policy and hotline, along with several other channels for raising issues or concerns.
