      Company is growing quickly High energy atmosphere Opportunity for advancement Hard work is rewarded Work life balance is very good.

      Due to fast growth, things can change quickly, you must be adaptable to change.

      Pros

      Benefits are okay, health insurance is not great.

      Cons

      Corporate does not back their employees against scrupulous and demeaning Regional Managers. If they don't like you, they will get rid of top performing people to replace with their friends

      Pros

      Great company, always buying out properties and renovating them, opportunities to grow and promote within the company and always oppertunities to learn more & expand your skills.

      Cons

      Cut throat company, if you're a sensitive person and take critism personally then this isn't a company for you. Management can be tough & give you a heavy work load that can be over whelming. Outside management very hands on, constantly emailing and visiting the property. Which can be a good and bad thing
