Pros

There is an abundance of happy hours and team-building events. The amount of turnover enables you to meet lots of new people.

Cons

Unmanageable workload. Inability to advance within the company. Unappreciated from the controller up to ownership. Low pay depending on the team you work on. The amount of turnover creates added stress and workload for the consistent employees which essentially affects team morale.

Pros

They give you real-life responsibility which can be intimidating, but it is great experience. You are treated like a member of the team and are given plenty of leeway and freedom. If you work hard and show competence, you get to work on some very cool projects. Awesome company culture, tons of social events, drinking, free food etc. Too much of that if anything.

Cons

Expect to work 9-10 hour days pretty consistently. You often times spend all day just staring at your computer. Rarely will you be bored with nothing to do, but the days can get long.
