Dominium values developing people. The training and career development programs that are in place are exceptional. Dominium also has a lot of in house departments such as: HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Compliance, Etc. There are so many opportunities that are available across the organization. Dominium is also rolling out revolutionary processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Digital Maintenance (work orders & inspections), Compliance workflow and approvals (all within Yardi), Workfront Project Management, and so much more!
Cons
Communication between departments is an area that is improving. In addition, I think a more solid and transparent implementation process is needed. That way all departments know what new items will be rolling out and when so new processes can be strategically planned and communicated.
