Pros

Corporate gym, huge pay disparities so you can make 20%+ more for the same job title as your peer for no reason, out of touch management structures so you can zone out for a majority of your day, holidays are surrounded by 3 and 4 day weekends.

Cons

The pyramid management structure causes excessive “step on your subordinates’ backs to get ahead” mentalities. Very much a good ol’ boy culture where managers/directors/VPs that should’ve been fired years ago somehow are making 6 figures and have been with the company 10-15+ years. Huge pay disparities dependent on your gender and negotiation skill set when you were hired. Stagnant wage increases after that causing most new hires to stay less than 3 years.

Pros

Schedules were quite flexible. Tips were consistently pretty good. Had many, many 7-8 hour shifts where tips exceeded $100 or more (usually the closing shift, 6pm shift, or Sunday morning shift). Most bosses were pretty fair and understanding. Discounted food (50% or sometimes free). Paid mileage (around $0.31/mile at the time I worked I believe). Room for advancement if desired. Uniform jerseys fit good and held up extremely well in the wash. For an entry-level job that literally requires no specific skills, this place is a decent place to work with good take-home pay...as long as you can put up with tomfoolery from the 40% of buffoons that you'll end up working with.

Cons

Lots of wear & tear on your vehicle (if Domino's vehicle is not in place). The stupid self-serve "kiosk" was a horrible idea that only created more dysfunction and confusion between employees and customers. A fair percentage of employees were dysfunctional/scandalous individuals with poor attitudes. Moderate amount of behind-the-scenes drug use going on (given). The computers need to be adjusted so that workflow is more efficient and there isn't so many damn problems when trying to place a customer's order! Too many passwords, log-ins, bugs/crashes, coupon code malfunctions, etc.
