Pros

1) Management is good at giving you the time off that you request. (although I did have one time where I requested a week off months in advance and when it came down to the date my manager wanted me to come in on the first day of the week I requested off to work- I said no I have plane tickets) 2) It's a pretty kicked back, fun, easy atmosphere to work in 3) If you're a CSR like I started out as you're shifts are usually only 2-3 hrs. long 4) If you have a nice manager working- you get to eat leftover pizza or cancelled orders. Sometimes they'll make a crew pizza. 5) The people you work with are the best part about working there. 6) The job is pretty easy- the hardest thing to learn is the computers, but once you've got that down- it's super easy. 7) They're closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. 8) You get a 50% discount. (which can be used at any location, but since all the workers are idiots they always forget to punch in your discount)

Cons

1) They're constantly moving managers around- so you'll have one manager you really like who will work at that location for about a month, then they'll switch them to another store and bring over someone who is horrible to work with. They do this every few months. 2) They make you banner shake and do door hangers in the freezing cold 20 degree winter weather as well as in the 100 degree summer weather. 3) I was a CSR for three years and never recieved any kind of a raise. I only got a pay increase when I became a Shift Runner. 4) The Upper Management treats you like crap if you're a CSR or Driver. But once I became a Shift Runner- they were super nice to me. 5) They call you in constantly to come in early or to work on your day off. (I even had one time where they kept calling me and I didn't answer so the manager sent a driver to my house to see if I could come into work) 6) It's all about favoritism- what shifts you get and days you get off depends on how buddy buddy you are with management. (ex. I had a friend who worked there for 2 yrs. as the day driver and then the manager hired one of his friends who wanted the day shifts so he gave them all to him over my friend who had been with the company for a couple of years) 7) When I was hired they told me you only work one Sat. and Sun. a month to make it fair to everybody so the same people don't always get stuck working it. That was a lie- in my 4 yrs. of working there I never got a weekend off unless I had requested it off. 8) Another thing they told me when I got hired is they rotate who has to work holidays- that was a lie as well- in my 4 yrs. working there I worked every single holiday.

Pros

Decent money, flexible hours, one of the better jobs one could hope to get without a college degree. Would recommend.

Cons

Silly uniform, micromanaging, corporate feel. Having to stand and wave a sign doesn't bring enough business to justify how demeaning it is for the workers.
