Pros

At least they gave me a job at all, without which I would have died in debt. Get to drive around to different places, not just stuck in one room all the time.

Cons

Minimum wage is appalling when franchisee directors seem to roll in 100,000s if not millions! Minimum wage all night, till 6-7am in the morning! NO NIGHT PAY!! Greedy fat cat franchisee bosses who sack you if you dare raise the issue. We are struggling to get by and pay bills. I have to go without enough FOOD for a SUSTAINED period of time. They keep you on for as long as they like!!! If you are due to finish Rush, Late or 3am, they will simply keep you on till close (5am) if they want to, night after night.. This is disgusting and I have never known anything like this, without any regard for what you need to do in your life the next day - and all on minimum wage without ANY NIGHT PAY. Assistant Managers and the like, I feel for you I really do, but at least you are not on minimum wage. At least you can feed your kids, buy enough food to keep you going through all the work you have to do and pay the rent without taking out a loan unlike us drivers. Please remember that. Very little is appreciated, every tiny tiny mis-step is blown out of proportion, especially by managers and the like, who whine on and on for weeks (I'm not joking) until they have made sure they have told every member of staff about this awful thing you did - because you haven't been able to eat, sleep enough, have bad things going on in your life - because yet again you had to stay on hours later. And they expect this to not have any adverse effect on you. Managers also blame all their mistakes on the drivers and instores because they are too egotistical and full of themselves to admit fault. When work is making you ill and it finally starts to show, they laugh and mock you, accusing you of doing drugs, even getting me into the office checking my eyes etc. It's not because I'm getting ill, no. I can't think of enough bad things to say. Dominos the company put on this image but the CEO and his ilk do not give a flying frick about their staff and their lives. They are making millions while ordinary staff toil and can't make ends meet no matter how hard they try. Like I said, disgusting. So SO much more I can say but this is a start.

Pros

Minimum wage. 50% staff discount.

Cons

No pay rise for extra duties or promotions. Hard graft. Worked like a machine not a human being. Managers selfish. Worked at 3 different Dominos. Managers will not listen to your advanced notice on holidays. Will be spoken down upon. No free drinks or water bottles. No free food. Rarely given breaks. Sometimes working 8+ hours straight with no breaks. Stood on your feet all day running around. Lack of training and support. At one branch I saw a very high staff turnover and people not turning up due to "illness" My university life isn't taken into account. Was given false promises about promotions and pay rise. 5 months on still waiting. Given the extra tasks. No pay rise.
