Pros

Facility is nice and newly remodelled. They have a very nice gym that is free to employees. They also have cafeteria which is very nice but expensive.

Cons

In IT very tight-knit established boys club. They reward each other and keep each other moving up the ladder. Reward their cronnies with promotions and perks. They take care of each other. They get together after work and stick together like glue. Blame Culture. The micro-management style of the boys club stiffles creativity. Many of their managers have little or no formal education. Promotions aren't based on performance like they claim rather the "boys club" decides how they are divied out.

Pros

-- Laid back atmosphere -- Tips/mileage reimbursement means you get paid daily -- Pleasant GMs and AMs make time spent at store just fly by -- Free food on errors or when customers refuse payment -- Time off when you need it -- No major responsibilities other than staying accident-free or losing pizza money -- Employee discount allows you to feed self/family/friends cheaply

Cons

-- Huge amount of wear and tear to vehicle will have you buying tires, oil, brakes, filters, etc frequently -- Closing the store at night involves plenty of cleaning -- Tasks such as making pizzas/boxes, driving, answering phones become repetitive -- Some shady parts of delivery area can make you wary of your safety -- Some customers can be rude and/or look down upon drivers as lesser beings

Pros

Most of the employees and managers are great people. You are compensated for gas mileage. Everything is fairly automated, so not much difficulty in working. Hours are fairly flexible and time off is usually granted upon request.

Cons

A few incompetent managers: Enforced pointless rules and regulations which only served to demoralize/control. "Do as I say, not as I do." Strong favoritism was seen at times. Workers who were not favored were given extra work or fired. Childish grudges and arguments frequent.
