Pros

If you can lead people and keep a clean store you MAY be noticed by management and promoted.

Cons

At the corporate stores, you have managers and human resorces people that have never worked in a store. You have constant meetings that you are not paid for. The management changes frequently due to people leaving the company. There is no support from senior management. You can be the hardest working General Manager and no be appreciated.

Pros

you get to work with some pretty awsome people, flexible schedule, free food when an order is messed up :)

Cons

It gets pretty mundane after awhile. the same complaints from customers who are more than half the time just trying to get free food. It's almost like high school among employee's. Everybody talk about everybody. Lot's of complaints about management yet no changes ever occur. Been here for years and still no type of raise whatsoever. been offered to get into management but doesnt seem like something i would want to do nor enjoy.

Pros

- flexible hours - tips - occasional free pizza - working inside if you are manager can be fun, and you are not in weather extremes. - enjoy listening to music while delivering pizza.

Cons

In my experience - poor communication between franchise owner and employees. - (to be expected) played favorites with employed family members over non family workers. - if you were doing something 'incorrect', you would not find out until a write up was given, and no prior warning or attempt to be corrected would be given beforehand. - accused employee of stealing, although he was innocent. - manager wage never rose above $8/hr (unless you were family, of course). - owner occasionally got caught with out of date product. -being stiffed on tips hurts the drivers bad. - the job is easy, but terribly boring and filled with petty drama of pleasing your sanity and the corporate overlords.
