      Good for college students

      Pros

      Drivers are capable of making good money if they work at the right location. High income neighborhoods obviously give better tips. Good place to work if your looking to make quick cash. Can be a decent option for a second job. Evening dinner rush is generally the best time to make money in this business and if you work there from 6-9 daily you can make enough supplemental income.

      Cons

      No insurance plans for drivers, putting miles on your car, current gas prices. Driving and delivering in snow, rain etc. Lack of money if you dont work at the right location.

      Great work for a student or as a second job

      Pros

      Great flexibility in scheduling. This is the perfect place for students or for a second job. The pay is decent for the skills required. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. Can't beat the occasional free food! I worked there as a student and I'd go back any time if I needed a second job or some part-time or temporary work. Also it;s a great place for advancement to management, if that's what you're interested in. Easy to move into an assistant management position if you're a good worker and smart.

      Hard work and late hours. That may be a good thing depending on your situation.

      about once every quarter you are able to have "flexible" hours

      Cons

      horrible hours, low pay, lack of respect from management, I was a college student and was forced to work 60hours a week over finals week because upper management kept pulling people from our stores to help in others but refused to give me the help I needed
