      Great pay and benefits, most co workers are great.

      Leadership team is a shining example of how nepotism is alive & well.

      Pros

      Pay is great, and that is honestly the only pro. It’s the only way they can keep any production employees.

      Cons

      Way too top heavy in the management. They expect you to do your job with broken equipment, yet they expect you to work safe. It doesn’t work that way. In order to do your job safely and efficiently you need the proper equipment. HR is a joke, they side with management every time. As does the so called “union” that you pay your dues for every pay check.
