Pros
Great colleagues, benefits and location. Stimulating tasks. They offer flex time and 3 weeks vacation to start with 4 weeks after seven years.
Cons
People that suck up and are manipulative get preferential treatment and management seems to be clueless or in agreement. Limited advancement opportunities; if certain managers feel that you leaving your department would be disruptive, it wont happen. Salary scale on the low end and raises are not in line with industry standards.
