      Pros

      Good pay, relaxed atmosphere. Great collection of talented people.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. Management is out of touch with employees. Not a lot of room for growth which can be a demotivator.

      Pros

      The team I worked with out of Cerritos was like a family. I loved the people I worked with for the 8 years I was there. I wanted to retire from this company. We had a lot of fun and had 2 fantastic Plant Managers over the course of my time there.

      Cons

      Loyalty to select employees/management over others. The door is not always open for communication with management. When help was requested on a major issue, the request was refused.
