      The pay on the employees side is according to collective agreement

      Cons

      Management has poison the environment, Can't adapt with western culture, poor runablity due to micromanagement, have good people won't let them du there jobs

      Pros

      Great work environment and great people to work with. The campus is beautiful and there is a great balance between work and life.

      Cons

      Needs to be more job rotation and training for advancement. There needs to be more push to grow in your career and progress.

      Pros

      Benefits pension and ok pay. Location is easy to get to.not as demanding as firms , travel is optional and flexible.

      Cons

      Some teams are poorly manager but improving. Not a lot of developments for members internaly. It was not for me to invest my time.
