      Pros

      Great 401k match; the benefits are rich and the pay is very competitive.

      Cons

      Salary positions feel more like an hourly time-puncher. To leave 15 minutes before 5pm, you better work through lunch or come in early. Not all departments are time way but HR is not aware how to treat salary employees.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the culture, the flexibility of some departments, the team aspect of the organization and they had great benefits.

      Cons

      The company is not very diverse when it comes to women and minorities in management and there are no principles in place to promote development to advance.

      Not as professional as it seems at first

      Pros

      The work is easy and the pay is good for the work. Benefits are reasonably good, but getting worse. Most people work less than 9-5 and even month end is not too busy for most people.

      Cons

      The pay is bad for an accountant and two weeks starting vacation is tough. There is little room for growth and the office is not much fun. Managers don't even bother to say hi to you in the halls, much less take time to manage.
