Pros
Overall Domtar is a good place to work. Most managers treat their employees well. Pay and benefits are good. Good work environment.
Cons
Because this is a good place to work, few people leave. As a result opportunities to advance don't come around that often and when they do, all too often, Domtar elects to go outside the company as opposed to giving their own employees a chance.
