      Pros

      I honestly do not have one pro for this organization except that it was a job and they did offer a good medical plan (but costly) along with a good retirement match (but not like some of the companies competitors.)

      Cons

      Where to start management has little or no idea on how to run a organization from a production perspective. Went they several CEO's all worst that the predicessor before. Must is expected from workforce with little or no resources available at ones disposal and lack of training

      lots of innovations to slow many mistakes no input from workers accepted

      to slow to incorporate unsure of out come again they don't hear workers input ever.
