Pros

The work is exciting. The shoo floor lads are excelent. The working conditions are safe and comfortable. Easy access and cleaning/shower facilities

Cons

Poorly managed. Managment dont allow any working flexibility to allow the team leaders to ge the best out out their team. There is no "looking after you" aspect, your just another drone to do their bidding. At one point people would bend over backwards to ensure product whent out the door. Now no one cares. Two could not be given.

Pros

I made some great friends at Doncasters. You could always go into work knowing you are going to have a good day. Everyone is really friendly and you feel like you are part of a family. I was sad to go when I got made redundant.

Cons

I feel the place could be run better. Need some fresh blood as management.

A group with potential

Pros

A company that has a lot of potential for growth over the coming years, which means that there's plenty of opportunity if you look for it. Sites all over the UK and USA as well as Europe, so if you're willing to travel that's a good thing. People are helpful and for the most part friendly, and it's really interesting to work for a truly global business.

Cons

The business feels as if, until the current leadership took over, it was left to stagnate. Whether this was a result of the market conditions or the previous management I couldn't say but it doesn't sound as if it was always a great place to work and that is sometimes reflected in the attitudes of the people who were around in those times.
