      Friendly people. Great environment and atmosphere. Awesome culture. Feels like family and people actually care about you. Management is helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      benefits are not great. cannot take out 401k loans.

      Pros

      I left my previous company after 20 years of experience to join Donegal. I have felt nothing but support, encouraged and not afraid to speak up regarding any decision I make. All of my co-workers are great and and always willing to answer any question I may have.
