      Pros

      I love the fact that I feel very supported here. I came from a much larger company that felt very corporate. This is more of a family type atmosphere where I have been able to openly address my concerns and feel heard. I appreciate the collaboration and the fact that upper management is actively trying to make changes to continually improve.

      Cons

      So far the only area of improvement is training. But, even that is in the works to make improvements.
