      Pros

      The company really wants their employees to succeed at their jobs/careers and encourages continuing education in the insurance industry. There is a lot of flexibility for working in the office as well as from home. Donegal has great fellowship events to unite the employees as one team and to keep everyone connected.

      Cons

      There really is no downside to working for Donegal.
