Pros

Everyone within the company is so friendly and welcoming. There is so many activities that go on throughout the year inside and outside of work hours that allows you to get along with others you may not work with everyday. Kevin Burke does a great job interacting with employees and is definitely not a stranger like you may see in a CEO in a larger company.

Direct supervisors are great except for one that micro manages.

Cons

Upper Management makes decision that take away benefits from employees without compensating them. Examples, Company cars, internet reimbursement, company car cost charged to employee. that is why I choose not to work for them anymore.
